1. What Decoreto does
Decoreto is a tool for drawing a floor plan, furnishing it, walking it in 3D, and turning the same room into a photorealistic image with AI.
The images it produces are an artistic impression — not construction drawings and not a technical document. Dimensions, materials and colours in the final image may differ from what you drew. Build from a technical drawing and professional advice, never from a render.
The service changes: features come and go, and the AI models behind it are replaced over time. We announce anything substantial before it lands.
2. Your account
You sign in with a mobile number (one-time code) or a Google account. Keeping access to that number or account is your responsibility.
One number, one account. Creating extra accounts to collect the welcome credits repeatedly is abuse, and can cost you all of them.
You can delete your account whenever you like — see «Deleting your account» below.
3. Who owns the plans and images
The plans you draw and the images you generate are yours. Print them, hand them to a client, post them, use them commercially.
We use your images in exactly two situations: when you have published one to Explore yourself, and to display it there or in material about the service. Take the post down and that use ends with it.
In return, you agree not to create or publish anything illegal, abusive, obscene, or infringing on someone else's rights. If you upload a photo of someone else's home or work, you need their permission.
Explore posts are reviewed before they appear publicly, and we may decline or remove one that breaks these rules.
4. Credits, subscriptions and payment
Drawing, furnishing and walking a plan in 3D is free. Generating and editing photorealistic images spends credits.
The price of an action is printed on the button before you press it. Credits are internal balance: they have no independent monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be cashed out.
If a render fails, or you cancel it before it finishes, its credits are returned automatically. If they aren't, tell us on the contact page and we will return them by hand.
Payment is handled by wherever you got the app: in-app purchase through Cafe Bazaar, Google Play or the App Store — and on the web, our payment gateway. That store's own refund rules apply to your purchase alongside these terms.
Credits bought through any of them land in the same account and are the same credits on the web and in the app.
For refunds, see the «Refunds» section of the FAQ.
5. AI — what cannot be promised
The images are generated by AI models. That means output varies between runs, and detail that was never in your plan can appear in the picture.
There is no guarantee of «exactly what you pictured». If a result isn't what you wanted, the credits are spent — the work was done — but you can change the style, the light or the brief and go again.
Don't present generated images as photographs of a real property. If one goes into a sale or rental listing, say plainly that it is a simulation.
6. Fair use
Working around limits, automating requests in bulk, scraping other people's work, or anything that degrades the service for everybody else is not allowed.
Clear abuse can cost you access or the account. If we get that wrong, unused credits come back.
7. Liability
The service is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it up and correct, but outages, errors and data loss remain possible.
Our liability is limited to what you have paid Decoreto in the previous three months.
Decisions made on the strength of a render — buying materials, ordering cabinets, taking down a wall — are yours.
8. Privacy — what we keep
Your mobile number or Google email, so you can sign in and we can find your account.
The name you type in — optional, and editable whenever you like.
Your plans and projects, so they follow you onto any device you sign in from.
The images you generate and the settings behind them (style, lighting, model), so they stay in «My photos».
Payment and credit history, which we are required to keep.
A device notification token, if you allowed notifications — so we can tell you a render is ready.
Usage statistics go to Firebase Analytics and crash reports to Crashlytics. Those describe behaviour in aggregate, not the contents of your plan.
9. What we don't do
We do not sell your data, and we don't hand it to advertisers.
Nobody but you sees your private plans and images; only what you publish to Explore becomes public.
We don't send marketing SMS. The only text message we send is your sign-in code.
10. Services involved along the way
To generate an image, the plan and its brief are sent to AI model providers (including OpenRouter and fal.ai). Your phone number and identity are not sent with them.
Sign-in codes go through sms.ir, payments through Zarinpal and Cafe Bazaar, and notifications through Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Each of them receives only the part of the data its job requires.
11. Deleting your account
From inside the app: Settings → Delete my account. It happens there and then — nothing is queued and you are not waiting on anybody. If you cannot reach the app, ask from this site's contact page and we will do it for you.
Deleting the account removes your plans, images and Explore posts. Unused credits are lost with it and cannot be recovered.
Payment records are kept where the law requires, detached from the account.
12. Age
Decoreto is built for adults. If you are under 13, don't create an account; between 13 and 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.
Nothing in the service is directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. An account we learn belongs to a child under the permitted age is deleted.
13. Availability and app stores
Decoreto is offered on the web, and as an Android app through Cafe Bazaar, Google Play and (soon) the App Store. Which build is available in which country follows that store's own rules and can change.
Using the service where local law forbids it is your responsibility; we make no promise of availability in every country.
Features can differ between builds — payment in particular, which follows the rules of the store the app came from.
14. Governing law and who you're contracting with
These terms are between you and the provider of Decoreto. The legal name, registered address and the forum for disputes are published on the contact page.
Before any complaint goes further, write to us from the contact page — almost everything is settled there.
15. Changes to this document
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and anything substantial is announced in the app and on the site.
Questions? Write to us from the contact page — that's where the answer comes from.
